Vehicles in the community must be parked in compliance with FHOA-600 Parking Rules and Regulations. Most questions can be resolved by reviewing this document. If you have a question that isn't addressed, please contact ARK Management, and they will research your question. Considerations for special circumstances are allowed for in the parking permit process. Please fill out FRM-601 Parking Permit Application if you believe you qualify. If your neighbor isn't parking their vehicles in compliance with these rules, please fill out FRM-401 General Complaint Form, and send it to ARK Management. They will review and start the process. Most changes to the exterior of your home require an Architectural Application to be filed. There is more information on the Architectural Process here. You can find the form on the CABH Website. Complete this form with all the necessary information and send it via regular or email to ARK Management. They will start the process.
